Selling price of homes is set by the Owner or their Trustee.

Capital Gain is kept by the seller.

The Contract is between the Seller and the Buyer.

Netherville villagers at times assist in open homes but take no part in the selling of homes.

The Secretary emails newsletters to interested people of homes available for sale.

There is a pre-entry interview with Executive/s in order to become “approved residents”. It is suggested that you request an appointment for a pre-purchase interview.  It will be a time for you to ask questions.

Please NoteNetherville Village does not have a hospital or care facility.
